I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Not only did the staff go above and beyond by returning documents I inadvertently left behind promptly, but the ironing facilities in the room were a real lifesaver after a day of hiking. The air conditioning provided a refreshing retreat from the summer heat, and the complimentary tea and coffee facilities were a thoughtful touch. The room's terrace offered stunning views, and the free toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay. I was thoroughly impressed with Mercure's attention to detail and outstanding service.
